Theresa's belly was starting to curve, showing off the pregnancy to the world. Well, it would be, except for the fact that she hadn't left her home in two weeks.
Her absence from the work world wasn't much. Her vast inheritance, all the riches of her family, that could sustain her. Two weeks wasn't much, her job could wait, it wouldn't miss her.
However, Theresa missed Frank. Her husband, the father of her child, was missing. Completely and utterly out of sight. Gone for two weeks, and still no leads. Theresa was past panic, she was now sinking into worry. The many scenarios of Frank's fate had begun playing her head, and she couldn't get any sleep.
"Theresa?" Someone was knocking on her door. "Tee, I think you should have a look at this." Her sister Betty, gifted in the power of persuasion.
It was a dvd: sleek, modern, unassuming. But once you slip it into the player...
